Weigh-in Wednesday #19

Wednesday, May  29th, 2013 - Finally a loss...only 1.9 pounds, but a loss nonetheless!  Not seeing the scale go down as much as I would have liked it to in the previous couple of weeks took it's toll on my psyche.  And, then there's that ding in my confidence that still remains to be fixed...2 pounds helps.  As does trying on a bunch of clothes that I had in storage that were previously too small...evidenced by the selfies I took while doing so.  I am a parody of myself..

Starting weight:  292.1

1st weigh-in:  286.8
2nd weigh-in:  280.1
3rd weigh-in:  276.4
4th weigh-in:  274.1
5th weigh-in:  270.6
6th weigh-in:  266.2
7th weigh-in:  262
8th weigh-in:  261.4
9th weigh-in:  257.7
10th weigh-in 251.4
11th weigh-in 247.3
12th weigh-in 243.6
13th weigh-in 241.7
14th weigh-in 235.4

15th weigh-in 235.4

16th weigh-in 227.7

17th weigh-in 223.5

Now, how do I keep the scale going in the right direction with an impending trip to Ucluelet and Tofino not even two days after this weigh-in?

    What an amazing journey. Don't worry about a week or two or three plateau -- it happens, they're inevitable, and they always end. Good luck. You're inspiring ! =)

    Suzie, you are amazing! I've been reading your blog since you started the TC Challenge, and I'm so impressed with your grit and determination to lose the weight and regain a healthy balance. Don't let anything stop you. I know you can do this!
